Jomtien beach is nicer and bigger than that of Pattaya and its nightlife is very extensive. Would you still visit Pattaya ? Then it takes you a few minutes (and 10 Baht) in a tuk-tuk to go to that bustling city. The building from Thip condotel is clean and safe. At the entrance you find a nice restaurant where you can have a good cup of coffee or a perfect breakfast/meal for a low price.
