For reservations directly by this email the deposit is 5000 Baht. The final payment you can pay 2 weeks before arrival.
So that’s a safe feeling !!! (see our reviews on the review page)
for the double apartments (255/256 – 537/538 & 1039/1040) are other prices (please request)
At the end of the renting period you have to pay extra for:
Use of electricity (6 Baht/kWh)
use of water (45 Baht/m3)
Laundry bedlinen & towels (275 Baht)
departure cleaning (250 Baht for a single condo and 500 Baht for a double condo)
internet 500 Baht/month (or part of the month)
890 Baht a day for all inclusive (not for double apartments !)
(incl. water, electricity, laundry, cleaning & internet)
Only for periods longer then 30days !!!!
Because I want to get a little bit more privat time I want to sell a few apartments.

Verbruik elektriciteit (6 Baht/kWh)

wasserij beddengoed & handdoeken (275 Baht)
schoonmaakkosten (250 Baht voor een enkel condo en 500 Baht voor een dubbel condo)
internet 500 Baht/maand (of gedeelte daarvan)
890 Baht per dag voor all-in ! (niet voor dubbele appartementen !)
(incl. water, electra, wasserij, schoonmaak & internet)
