At the end of the renting period you have to pay extra for:
Use of electricity (6 Baht/kWh)
use of water (45 Baht/m3)
Laundry bedlinen & towels (275 Baht)
departure cleaning 500 Baht for a double condo
internet you can get (and pay) at the reception
975 Baht a day for all inclusive
incl. water, electricity, laundry, cleaning
Only for periods longer then 30days !!!!
Because I want to get a little bit more privat time I want to sell a few apartments.
